Nucleus had a variety of residential properties ranging from budget to super luxury, and were looking for a way to relay this message to the people of Kerala.

How?

A print and hoarding campaign using standard sizes” S, M, L & XL” was used to communicate this message in a sharp and creative manner. The campaign had a positive impact on the brand in the short term in terms of customer enquiries and the long term in terms of brand recall. Similar campaign was later executed for showcasing their wide range of villas.
